Tunjungan Plaza or TP is the biggest shopping mall in Surabaya and also the most popular one for Surabayan, which was established since 1986. This shopping mall is located in the heart of Surabaya, on Jalan Basuki Rachmat until Jalan EMbong Malang. The building consists of 4 main buildings that are connected to each other (Tunjungan Plaza I, II, III, IV). Tunjungan Plaza is under the umbrella of PT pakuwon Jati Tbk which owns Pakuwon Trade Center, Supermal pakuwon Indah, Royal Plaza, Food Festival and Pakuwon Town Square.

Tunjungan Plaza overs various items, from jewellery, clothing, household, cosmetics and many more. Located nearby the mall is Sheraton Hotel. This mall has late Night Shopping event which offers discounts to shoppers on Surabaya anniversary or new year sales.
