OVERVIEW :
This 6 days trip is a relax trip and easy trip. Suitable for honeymooners and also photographers venture for the dramatic beauty of Sumba Island. The tour starts in Tambolaka and finish in Waingapu. Day 1: Tambolaka Airport – Ratenggaro Hamlet – Sunset Pero Beach (L,D)
Upon arrival at Tambolaka Airport, you will meet and greet with guide and driver. After check in hotel and then enjoy lunch. Proceed with sightseeing and explore the traditional hamlet of Ratenggaro which lies about 2 hours drive. Ratenggaro Hamlet still preserve their traditional architecture of houses with amazing engineering. The dramatic high roofed houses are symbol of social status. Megalithic tombs can also be observed in this hamlet. Drive approximately 20 minutes to Pero Beach, to enjoy the alluring sunset. After dinner at local restaurant and then return to hotel in the town of Tambolaka.

Day 2: Waikuri Lagoon-Mandorak Beach-Praijing Village-Lapopu Waterfall (B.L,D)
After breakfast and then start driving to Sumba Barat Daya (Southwest) and Sumba Timur (East) region. First destination today is Weekuri Lagoon which can be reached by driving for 1.5 hours. This beautiful lagoon is where you can relish various fun activity such as jumping to the lagoon from cliff, photography or just to stroll. Proceed to the next destination which is situated about 5 minutes drive , Mandorak Beach to get mesmerized by this white sand seashore encircled by cliffs and filled with blue crystal clear water. Afterwards continue your odyssey visiting Praijing Hamlet, a traditional community with exotic thatched roofed houses where the locals are so alive with their daily activities such as working on the looms, drying crops and school boys activities. Visitors could take photo with the whole village vista from one spot. And the last destination today is Lapopu Waterfall, mix of segmented and fan type waterfall that cascades into a pool. Drive approximately 4 hours to Waingapu which is situated in East Sumba Region.

Day 3: Tanarara Hill-Waimarang Waterfall – Walakiri Beach (B,L,D)
After breakfast and then drive to Tanarara Hill, a vast exotic hills of savannah, on dry season savannah is brown but on the wet season it is fresh green in color. Proceed to Waimarang Waterfall, a ribbon pool waterfall where you savor rejuvenating swim, or fun jumping. Next destination is Walakiri Beach, the beach with the dancing trees, where you can relish sunset while sipping coconut water.

Day 4: Tanggendu Waterfall-Warinding Hill (B,L,D)
After breakfast and then drive approximately 2 hours to Tanggendu Waterfall. This tiered cascade waterfall can be reached by trekking for about 30 minutes. Enjoy Wairinding Hill, a breezy hilly savannah with beautiful contours, one of the must-visit place in Sumba.

Day 5 : Prailiu Hamlet – Persaudaraan Hill – Tenau Hill (B,L,D)
After breakfast and then visit Prailiu Hamlet, a traditional hamlet where local thatched roofed house are still well preserved. You can also observe local women work on loom making traditional textile. Afterwards drive to Persaudaraan Hill, where you can see view of rice field, hills and ocean in a far. And last destination today is Tenau Hill, a remarkable large contoured-hill of green and gold color grassland. This spot is also famous for sunset.

Day 6 : Market- Waingapu Airport (B)
After breakfast, check out and visit market to browse for tenun ikat of Sumba to bring back home. And then drop you to airport. End of service.
