PICTURES: Tenganan Traditional Village, Bali, Indonesia

Tenganan, is the Bali Aga village. Unlike other tradition in Bali, they have different architecture, religion, traditional dress and even the whole village is different.  The women dress is locally made, tartan weaving.  The houses are located around the edge of the village, while in the middle are some small bale for the community. Locals make some weaving, making basket, drawing on a palm tree with burnt nutmeg as ink.
